1. Who we are

Viabuanuro is operated by Eaux Vives, an individual entrepreneur registered in Kazakhstan, with a business address at 59 Karima Sutyusheva Street, Petropavlovsk, 150000, Kazakhstan ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit https://viabuanuro.com, make a purchase, or contact us.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we collect:

Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, phone number if supplied, delivery and billing addresses, and account details.
Order and payment-related information, such as products, purchase amounts, order history, transaction status, and cancellation requests. Payment providers process payment credentials; information available to us depends on the payment integration.
Communications, including support requests, delivery complaints, photographs you provide, and marketing preferences.
Device and activity information collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral links, and interactions with products, advertisements, and checkout.

If you report a product reaction, you may choose to provide information about that reaction. Please do not send unrelated medical records. We use relevant information to investigate safety concerns and meet legal obligations, not to target advertisements based on your health.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the store; process payments and orders; provide support; investigate product and delivery issues; prevent fraud; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; understand store performance; and use the enabled Shopify services described below, subject to applicable privacy choices.

We have not launched an email or SMS marketing campaign. If we introduce promotional emails, we will send them only when you affirmatively subscribe, such as by selecting an unchecked marketing checkbox or submitting a clearly identified newsletter form. Purchasing a product does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Necessary order, payment, delivery, account, and safety communications are separate from marketing.

4. Information recipients and Shopify services

We disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout; Supliful and delivery providers, which prepare, ship, track, and investigate orders; payment providers whose methods are actually enabled in checkout; and service providers supporting customer communications, security, and store operations. We may also disclose information to professional advisers and authorities where necessary for legal compliance, protection of rights, or a business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards. We do not disclose full payment credentials to fulfillment providers merely to ship an order.

Reach is not currently connected as our merchant of record. We have not enabled Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, recurring-subscription services, or email/SMS marketing campaigns in the current store configuration. If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required before the new processing begins.

Shopify collects and processes information about access to and use of the store to provide and improve its commerce services. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. These enhanced Shopify features can use information about interactions with our store together with interactions with other merchants and Shopify to improve services, personalization, and advertising. Disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising can constitute a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising processing under applicable US state privacy laws, even without cash payment. The relevant categories can include device identifiers, usage and browsing information, and transaction information processed through enabled Shopify features. The opt-out choices below apply where provided or required. We do not use information about a reported product reaction to target advertising based on health.

5. Cookies and privacy choices

Shopify uses cookies and similar technologies to provide the store, remember relevant preferences, protect checkout, and support enabled commerce and enhanced services. You can use available cookie controls and the data-sharing opt-out page to manage applicable choices. Availability and effect of controls depend on your location and the processing concerned. Where required by applicable law, Global Privacy Control signals are treated as an opt-out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising through Shopify's privacy controls. These controls do not constitute consent to unrelated advertising technologies. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although some store features may be affected. If marketing is introduced, unsubscribing from marketing email will not automatically change cookie preferences; these choices serve different purposes.

6. Retention, security, and international processing

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, considering order administration, accounting requirements, product-safety obligations, dispute periods, and legal retention duties. Different categories may have different retention periods. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Our business is based in Kazakhstan, and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Data-protection laws may differ between those locations. We apply safeguards required by applicable law for international transfers.

7. Your rights

Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information; opt out of certain advertising disclosures; or appeal a denied privacy request. Contact support@viabuanuro.com. We may reasonably verify your identity and an authorized agent's authority. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions, including records we must retain. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Children

Our store is intended for an adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact support@viabuanuro.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. A parent or legal guardian must place and manage purchases for a person below the age of majority, as described in our Terms of Service.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy at our discretion from time to time, subject to applicable law. We will post the revised version on this page, update the date above, and identify when the changes take effect.

For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice, such as an email or a prominent website notice, before the changes take effect where required by law. We will obtain consent where required before implementing new data practices. A policy update does not, by itself, authorize materially different uses or disclosures of information collected under earlier privacy promises. Continued use of the website is not a substitute for legally required consent.
