Shipping policy

1. Delivery area
We ship only to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international destinations, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Available delivery options are shown at checkout; contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your address is supported.
Orders are prepared and shipped by our US fulfillment provider, Supliful. Shipping origin is not a claim that we own the fulfillment facility.
2. Shipping options and charges
We cover a base shipping allowance of $5.29 per shipment through the product price. The delivery charge you pay is the applicable shipping rate less this allowance, with a minimum charge of $0. Charges are in US dollars and are displayed before payment.
Our current customer-facing shipping tiers are:

Shipment weight is not the volume of serum printed on the bottle. The applicable weight and shipment arrangement determine the available checkout options. If your order has no available delivery option, contact support@viabuanuro.com before purchasing; do not assume a larger shipment qualifies for the highest listed flat rate.
If an order requires separate shipments, applicable charges will be disclosed before payment. This table does not promise availability for every address or unlimited shipment weight. We do not increase the agreed shipping charge on an accepted order without your agreement.
3. Processing and transit times
Processing means preparing the order before handing it to the carrier. Transit means the carrier's delivery stage after handover.
- Estimated order processing: 3–5 business days.
- Standard Shipping transit estimate: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping transit estimate: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Together, these estimates generally mean 5–9 business days for Standard and 4–8 business days for Express, provided the order can be accepted for fulfillment without additional verification or an issue that requires resolution. Business days exclude weekends and applicable US public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Express Shipping speeds up transit only. It does not speed up order processing, label verification, preparation, or fulfillment. First-time label verification may require additional time. If this affects the stated shipment timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options described below.
4. Larger orders
Available delivery options depend on shipment weight and destination. Our listed checkout tiers currently cover shipments up to 2.2680 kg. Contact support@viabuanuro.com before placing an order that requires a heavier shipment so we can confirm availability, cost, and timing. Any agreed changes must be disclosed before payment. This does not remove our obligations for orders we have already accepted.
5. Delays and inability to fulfill
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide revised shipment information and the delay-consent, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law. If required consent is not obtained, or we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel and refund the affected unshipped merchandise as required. Our final-sale policy does not override these rights.
6. Address accuracy and changes
Please check your delivery address before completing an order. If you notice an error, immediately email support@viabuanuro.com with your order number and requested correction.
We will attempt a correction when your request is reviewed while a change is still permitted by the fulfillment and payment providers. Changes may become unavailable before shipment. Sending an email does not pause fulfillment or guarantee that an address can be changed. We will confirm whether a correction was made.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an address you supplied incorrectly, reasonable reshipping costs may be payable by you where permitted by law and will be disclosed before reshipment. This provision does not excuse an error made by us or our service providers. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Tracking and delivery problems
We provide available tracking information after shipment. If a shipment appears lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrectly marked as delivered, contact support@viabuanuro.com. We investigate with the carrier and fulfillment provider as described in our Return & Refund Policy. A delivery scan alone does not automatically resolve a disputed-delivery complaint.

9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this Shipping Policy at our discretion at any time, subject to applicable law. We will post the updated version and its effective date on this page. Unless required by law or expressly agreed with you, revisions apply prospectively to purchases made on or after that date. They do not change agreed shipping charges or schedules for orders already placed. Any shipment delay remains subject to the notice, consent, cancellation, and refund provisions above.
