1. Store operator and scope

Viabuanuro at https://viabuanuro.com is operated by Eaux Vives, an individual entrepreneur registered in Kazakhstan, at 59 Karima Sutyusheva Street, Petropavlovsk, 150000, Kazakhstan. Contact: support@viabuanuro.com.

These Terms govern use of our store and our obligations concerning products and services. Our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy provide additional information and applicable conditions. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Who may order

You must have the legal capacity to enter the purchase agreement. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must place the order in their own name. This purchasing rule is not a statement that the product is suitable for use by children or teenagers.

You must provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and keep account credentials secure.

3. Products and safe use

Our serum is a cosmetic product for external use. Follow the instructions, ingredient information, and warnings on the product label and product page. Do not ingest it. Do not use website content as a substitute for individual medical advice. We do not promise identical results for every person or treatment of a disease.

If you experience irritation, discontinue use as directed by the label. For a serious reaction or accidental ingestion, seek appropriate urgent medical assistance rather than waiting for a customer-service response. Report product concerns to support@viabuanuro.com. These instructions do not waive any legal rights concerning product safety.

4. Prices, payment, and merchant of record

Product prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed before purchase. Standard shipping is free for eligible shipments weighing up to 0.2268 kg; heavier shipments and Express shipping incur the charges described in our Shipping Policy.

Payment availability is determined by the payment methods displayed in checkout. Reach is not currently connected to this store and is not represented as the merchant of record for current orders. If we introduce a merchant-of-record arrangement, the applicable seller and payment terms will be disclosed before purchase.

We may decline orders we cannot fulfill or that reasonably appear fraudulent or unlawful, subject to applicable law and the payment seller's terms. If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable refund will be issued. We will not charge an increased amount to correct a pricing error without your agreement.

5. One-time purchases

One-time purchases do not create recurring payment obligations. They do not receive a subscription discount, although an eligible promotion may apply.

6. Purchase options and promotional codes

We currently offer one-time purchases only. We do not currently offer recurring subscriptions or prepaid delivery packages. Buying a product does not authorize future automatic charges.

If a promotional code is available, its conditions and the resulting price are displayed before payment. No subscription or prepaid discount is offered unless a supported purchase option is expressly introduced with its own terms.

7. Delivery, complaints, and responsibility

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy describe delivery arrangements and complaint procedures. We work with fulfillment and payment providers, but their involvement does not remove obligations imposed on us by applicable law. Supplier approval is not a condition for honoring a mandatory consumer remedy.

We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for personal injury, defective products, fraud, or other protected claims. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising lawful payment-dispute or consumer-protection rights.

8. Website content

Our branding and website content are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the store for lawful shopping purposes, but may not misuse accounts, interfere with the service, or reproduce protected content without authorization or a legal right.

9. Changes to these Terms and store policies

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and our store policies at our discretion at any time, subject to applicable law and the protections below. We will publish the revised version on the relevant page, update its date, and specify its effective date. Changes take effect no earlier than publication and completion of any required notice period or consent process.

Unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise, each accepted order remains subject to the purchase, shipping, and refund terms applicable when it was placed. A later policy update does not retroactively reduce your rights concerning that purchase.

Changes to personal-information practices are governed by the Changes section of our Privacy Policy. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to you remain available regardless of our business location.
