Refund policy

1. Final sales and change of mind

All sales are final for change-of-mind purposes. We do not offer returns or exchanges of opened or unopened products because you changed your mind, disliked the product, or did not obtain your desired cosmetic results. This restriction does not limit your rights under applicable law, including rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or undelivered products.

2. Reporting product issues

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect products to support@viabuanuro.com within 14 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where reasonably possible. Do not send products back without instructions; the shipment's sender address is not necessarily an authorized return address.

The reporting period applies separately to each delivery. A request received within that period remains timely even if our review takes longer. Requests received later are generally outside our voluntary policy, except where applicable law requires a remedy. The reporting period does not prevent reporting a safety concern or limit mandatory consumer rights.

3. Assessment and remedies

Requests are reviewed individually. We may request reasonably necessary information and investigate with our fulfillment provider. Review times depend on the issue, request volume, and required verification, but do not extend mandatory legal deadlines.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable rights, a qualifying issue may be resolved by a replacement or refund. We will explain the outcome and any return instructions. Where a confirmed issue is our or our fulfillment provider's responsibility, we will arrange any required return at no cost to you. We do not make mandatory remedies dependent on reimbursement or approval from a supplier.

Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment provider to the original payment method where available, unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. We will notify you when a refund is initiated. Posting time depends on the payment provider and financial institution; applicable refund deadlines still apply. A supplier credit issued to our business is not a substitute for a customer refund we owe you.

4. Product reactions and safety concerns

If irritation occurs, discontinue use as directed on the label. Seek appropriate medical assistance for serious symptoms or accidental ingestion. Contact support@viabuanuro.com with relevant product and order details. We investigate safety concerns with our fulfillment provider and take actions required by law. An individual reaction does not automatically establish a product defect or guarantee a voluntary refund, but does not remove any applicable remedy or reporting obligation.

5. Lost shipments and delivery disputes

Report a suspected lost shipment promptly so we can investigate with the carrier and fulfillment provider. A tracking scan marked "delivered" may require further investigation if you dispute receipt. If correct delivery to the address you supplied is established, we do not offer a voluntary refund or replacement solely for a subsequent loss or theft, except where required by law. Proven loss before delivery will be addressed through an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to applicable rights.

6. Requests to cancel an order

We currently offer one-time purchases only. To request cancellation or an address correction, email support@viabuanuro.com immediately with your order number. We will try to help if fulfillment has not progressed beyond the point where a change is possible. Sending a request does not pause fulfillment or guarantee cancellation. We will confirm the outcome; if cancellation is accepted after payment, we will refund the canceled items through the applicable payment provider. This does not restrict mandatory rights concerning delayed shipment, non-delivery, defective products, or other legally protected circumstances.

7. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Return & Refund Policy at our discretion at any time, subject to applicable law. We will post the updated version and its effective date on this page. Unless required by law or expressly agreed with you, revisions apply prospectively to purchases made on or after that date and do not reduce the refund or return rights attached to earlier purchases.
